Requirement syntax
Every field of the [policy] block in openvet.toml, with allowed values and defaults.
TODO: write me. Suggested structure:
- The
[policy]block: scope (all, prod-only, by-target), required criteria, delegation rules, exemptions.- Each criterion: name, semantics, who can grant it.
- Worked examples for the three or four shapes most projects need (link in from Configuring requirements).
- The exemption syntax — when and why to use it, what gets logged.
